Coach Lindsay Burr
Lindsay played competitive club softball in WI and MN before playing collegiately at St. Kates. She is currently an assistant coach at Macalester college, and a full-time softball professional for Mission. Lindsay has coached Mission to its first USSSA State championship and has coached at Mission for 4 years.

Coach Jeremy Gavin
Jeremy grew up playing baseball where he won multiple state championships and a national championship prior to playing at Bethel College. He is the founder and director of Mission and has been coaching fastpitch for 10 years. He has over career 380 wins and 25 tournament placements or wins. He’s dedicated to creating the accountability and finding the motivation for each of his players.

Mission 14U National exists for players who put in the extra time outside of practice and for those that love coming to practice to add to their skills.  Accountability amongst players will be built into the culture of the team by head coaches, Lindsay Burr & Jeremy Gavin, who are combining to help this team reach its potential and then challenge it.
