Coach at Mission
Mission is currently looking for both coaches and instructors to join our club.
Head Coaches at Mission love to lead a group of young people who have agreed to care and be ‘all in’ towards a goal. As a head coach you support the culture of your team, develop relationships with your players and are always looking for ways to help your team grow.
Assistant Coaches support their head coaches and the culture of the club and the team. This position is right for someone who desires to gain experience with coaching, has less time to offer, or simply enjoys the dynamic of being an assistant.
Local Asst Coaches help with practices and local tournaments but do not travel to out-of-town tournaments. This fits some people’s summer schedules best.
Instructors provide individual and group fastpitch training at Mission’s training center. Usually providing training such as hitting, pitching, catching, fielding or speed/strength for an hourly fee.
All positions are paid. Our head coaches work with their teams in Fall, Winter and Summer seasons. Coaches are paid for each season, all travel costs are covered and we’ll give you all sorts of Mission clothes, shoes and backpacks. Most importantly Mission provides a culture that allows coaches to be their best and make the biggest impact. Instructors are paid an hourly or event rate.
