Our missions remain the same:

  • Build confidence

  • Skill development

  • Teamwork

It all starts with teamwork.

It’s important to understand what our commitment is to each other in this 18U year and respect each other. We’ve always had a great care and love for each other and we’ve extended that to any new player. That needs to happen again this year. We need to understand where each other is coming from and what they want out of this year and agree to accept that there may be differences, but we are all committed to giving our effort to compete and win.

Skill development.

We should each be trying to improve our skills for the betterment of the team. We are playing a game and competing so naturally we want to succeed. There will be differences between those that are working to get to play in college and those that are not, but everyone will be expected to participate.

Build Confidence.

We need to get are swagger back and I believe we can do so quickly. We have some talented girls trying out for us and I expect us to be more competitive immediately because of the talent we already have. We need to agree to a shared confidence in what it means to be a Mission team again.
