The Original Mission Team (“OGs”) in 2018
When expectations are met, the experience for everyone in the Mission community is exceptional.
What do you do when expectations are not met?
With an open mind, respectfully let the person(s) know how they are not meeting these expectations and what you’d like them to stop/start doing. Try to work it out directly.
If your issue is not resolved, bring it to a coach and/or parent. If the issue is with a coach or parent, bring the issue to Director.
